Communal Hallways
All communal areas are areas that are shared by the tenants in our multi occupied houses.
There a few guidelines all tenants should follow in these areas
• No smoking in communal areas
• All internal communal areas are to be kept clear and cleaned by the tenants. It makes it easier if tenants can keep the area from their door towards the next tenants door or exit clean and clear of any clutter. If tenants have doors right next to each other they could share the cleaning of the communal area to the next tenant down the hallway.
• All areas are to shared equally.
• If you have hedges or bushes in your garden it is important to ensure they do not grow out over the pavement area outside your garden or encroach on neighbours properties.
• Our communal areas are painted around every five years along with the outside of our properties.
